What are documents?
The documents feature encompasses two items: creating simple text documents and uploading of documents associated with your sales process.

You can upload a document such as a powerpoint presentation, word, excel, pdf documents directly to the deals page. You will always have your documents related to a deal in a safe and secure place and with you if you are traveling. Documents uploaded from the deals page also will appear under the Documents tab.

Are there any storage limitations for the documents that I store in PipelineDeals.com?
No, you can upload any number of documents that you like for your deals.

Can I email documents from PipelineDeals?
You can email the simple text documents. but you cannot email files that have been uploaded.

Can I create document templates for my team?
Currently, you cannot create document templates for your team from the admin tool.

How do I email documents to PipelineDeals?
Use your default email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo mail, Gmail, Mac Mail, etc. to send an email with a document attached to your PipelineDeals inbox.

To send an email with an attachment perform the following steps:

BCC or forward to your special email address: yourusername@pipelinedeals.com and the email will be forwarded with the attachment.
Login in to your PipelineDeals account.
On the Home Page, you should see your email waiting in your inbox. Note: It may take several minutes for your inbox to receive your email and documents.
Associate the email and the document attach to the specific deal. Type a few letters of the deal name in the search box.
Click the Save button.

The document will display on the specific deals page and under the Documents tab.
