Is there any special software that needs to be installed run PipelineDeals?
No. You just need a browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer (6 or 7). There is no software to download.
How long does it take to get PipelineDeals live for my business?
Generally you can have PipelineDeals working and live for your business in less than an hour. The Administrative Welcome Tab will guide you through the set up process.
Are there training videos or tools to help me?
Yes, you will find a series of training videos on the Welcome Tab when you first log-in. All videos are also available using the Help link. You will also find FAQs, Forums as well as email and phone support.
Can I customize PipelineDeals for my business?
Yes, for sure. You can customize deal stages, probabilities, lead sources, note categories, deal tags, and contact tags.
Can I change the look and feel, colors, and use my own logo?
Not right now.
Do you offer a private labeled version of PipelineDeals?
Not right now.
Can I install PipelineDeals on my own server?
Not right now.
Can I share my sales pipeline data across my company? Or setup teams to each manage their own sales pipeline?
Yes, you can setup PipelineDeals to share information including deals, contacts and sales pipeline reports for your company. In addition, you can setup teams with managers or executives which will have visibility to the sales pipeline associated with all of their team members.

How much does the service cost? Are there any additional fees?
The cost is $15 per user per month. There are no additional fees for set up or storage. Pricing is pay as you go, with a free 30 day trial. You can also sign a longer term contract if your organization is more comfortable with contracts. Give us a call at 866.702.7303 if you would like to discuss a contract.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
PipelineDeals charges for its service on a monthly basis and you will be billed in advance for the next month 30 days after you sign up. Monthly service fees do not include taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing entities, and you are responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellation of service for an unused month. For service upgrades, or downgrades, you will charged your new billing rate on the next billing month.
Can I sign a long term contract?
Yes, if you are a large organization interested in a significant number of user seats, we are willing to work with you on a longer term contract.
Is our data backed up? How often?
Yes, your data is backed and written on multiple disks in multiple locations in real time. Full back-ups are conducted daily. Our hardware is fully redundant so if one data center goes down, the service and your data will be available in another physical location.
Is my data safe? Where is my data hosted?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your data safe and secure. Your data is hosted using state-of-the-art, 7/24 reliable infrastructure from Amazon’s AWS and S3 Services.
Is our data encrypted going across the Internet?
Yes, your data is encrypted using standard 256K SSL security protocols.
Do you provide phone support?
Yes, during normal business hours, and weekends, generally from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (EST).
